Echo Valley’s Team

David Shaul

C.E.O & Owner

David Shaul is the founder, CEO, and driving force behind Echo Valley Records. With a deep-rooted passion for sound and decades of experience in music production, David built Echo Valley as a creative hub where artists, producers, and storytellers can bring their visions to life.

David’s hands-on approach, both in the studio and behind the scenes, ensures that every project — from indie records to large-scale post-production — receives the same level of care, creativity, and professionalism. His mission is simple: to help clients unlock their full potential and create work that resonates.

Jessica West

Management & Artist

Development

Jessica West serves as Artist Development Coach at Echo Valley Records, where she guides emerging artists in discovering and refining their unique sound while helping them gain the confidence to share it. With a deep background in performance, music education, and theory, Helen blends technical expertise with a strong emotional sensibility.

To her, music is far more than notes on a page — it's a powerful tool for personal growth and self-expression.  From mentoring first-time performers to contributing to commercial productions, Jessica brings a thoughtful, skilled, and inspiring presence to every project she touches.

Peter McCutcheon

Project & Creative Director

Peter McCutcheon is the Project & Creative Director at Echo Valley Records, where he oversees the artistic vision and execution of both client and in-house projects. With a strong foundation in classical performance and music education, Peter brings a unique blend of structure, creativity, and collaboration to every production he leads.

A classically trained double bassist, Peter studied under Dayton Philharmonic principal bassist Debbie Taylor before earning his Bachelor of Music from CCM. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree while also serving as a Graduate Assistant in Music Education. This role deepened his appreciation for the full string family, leading to years of experience teaching and performing on violin, viola, and cello in addition to bass.

Sound. Space. Vision.

Echo Valley Records is more than just a recording studio — it’s a creative hub built to inspire and elevate artistic energy. Every detail of our space is thoughtfully crafted, blending state-of-the-art acoustics with an inviting, visually striking atmosphere. We’re committed to providing an environment where musicians, content creators, and entertainers can bring their visions to life. With services spanning recording, mixing, mastering, music business support, and post-production, Echo Valley Records is where creativity meets opportunity — a home for the next generation of artists to thrive.
